This is a short video clip of me playing Centipede on the Atari 2600 VCS retro video games console. The most novel feature of Centipede in the arcades was the trackball used to control your base, or character... or whatever it was. This made for fast and frantic gameplay with very precise control. The Atari 2600 version, predictably, is neither as pretty, nor features the excellent trackball controller. So the graphics are kinda chunky and a bit flickery, and the joystick is a somewhat clumsy substitute for the ball, but even so... it's not awful.
For retro gaming on the move, check out the new GP2X handheld console.
